A warm June greetings to all residents of Hillside Village and beyond. I’d like to begin by thanking the many residents of this community who support our many fundraising efforts throughout the year.

We continue to keep an open invitation to any resident who would like to become involved in the preservation of our community. We whole-heartedly understand that people have their own lives and obligations but working for the betterment of one’s community is also a very worthy activity. The more community involvement, the stronger the community, and the stronger the community, the better the opportunities are for our politicians to
hear our voices and concerns.

Currently, we are fortunate to have a core group of faithful and committed members who are able to work together efficiently in order to get many activities accomplished with very productive results. We do what we can within our Village and beyond and I personally feel that if we do nothing else as an association, that our focus should be on the upkeep and cleanliness of our community. I hate to sound redundant but one can always tell the healthiness of one’s community by the upkeep of the homes and area. This upkeep tells us that residents care and take pride in the appearance of their community. Together it makes our community a very desirable to place to reside in.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the many residents who take pride in keeping their homes maintained. Your efforts do not go unnoticed nor unappreciated by your fellow neighbors.

We as a Homeowners Organization can truly only encourage our fellow residents to make the upkeep of our community a priority. We are so committed to this notion of upkeep, that we will assist those who genuinely need assistance because we understand that it takes a whole village.

Sincerely, Raymond Rios
President of HVPOA
