Members of the HVPOA participated in the 4th annual "El Sereno Winter Wonderland" organized by Councilmember Jose Huizar and his diligent staff. Many other community organizations also participated and included: El Sereno Chamber of Commerce, Praise Chapel, El Sereno Community Garden, and LA-32 Neigborhood Councilto name a few. Once again, our members were assigned to pass out popcorn to community residents (It must be our special secret recipe!). Over four thousand toys were passed out to El Sereno children on this evening and were provided by Councilmember Huizar's office. Thanks again to those members who participated
